Rendang yang bikin Nendang
Masih banyak daging yang didapat saat idul adha kemarin? yuuk kita coba bikin Rendang makanan yang bikin nendang asal daerah Minang.
Bahan :
Daging sapi 1 kg
Santan dari 1 buah kelapa
Bumbu Dapur : daun salam, sereh, lengkuas, daun jeruk
Bumbu Halus :
Bawang merah 10 butir
Bawang putih 5 butir
Cabe merah 10 buah (boleh lebih)
Kemiri 2 butir
Garam + penyedap (bila suka)
